The types of supplies that will be sent to you are based on
the supplies requested, your physician's consent and your
insurance coverage. If there are supplies requested that are
not covered by your insurance, you will be contacted by our
office prior to any supplies being shipped. For our Medicare
patients, please note that Medicare does not cover the cost
of prescription items, but they do cover testing supplies.
