FSBO supplied me with everything I needed. I was unsure if I could do-it-myself... but I was wrong.. They gave me a place to show off my house on the web, a url to list in the want-ads. They printed my ad in their magazine and it was ALL over town. I had advice, and resources, and signs, and knowledge... They gave me the contracts, the title company, several places to get my viewers approved for financing.. Its the best money I could have spent.. I think I can sell any home for anybody... new career option... hmmm
