My tracfone has been a good experience so far. Customer service is fine and the free voicemail was easy to set up and use. Mine even came with extra ringtones and games. If you decide to get a tracfone, please contact me for a quick referral before activating it- we each will get 100 free minutes from the referral program. I've used Tracfones for quite a while so I should be able to answer any questions you might have.
